About Us
Rebuilding Lives,
Restoring Dignity
At Homeless Cities Foundation, we are on a mission to create a world where no one has to face homelessness alone. Based in Westminster, California, we serve individuals and families in urban communities who are experiencing homelessness, providing them with the critical resources they need to survive — and the support they need to thrive.
Our approach is holistic and human-centered. We offer emergency shelter, daily meals, healthcare access, employment support, and housing navigation — all rooted in compassion, dignity, and community. But more than services, we offer hope.
We believe that homelessness is not a personal failure — it’s a societal challenge that requires empathy, action, and collaboration. That’s why we partner with local organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to deliver real solutions and create sustainable pathways to permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
???? Empowering Change, One Life at a Time
A Safe Place. A New Beginning: At Homeless Cities Foundation, we are dedicated to providing vital resources and support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in urban communities. Our mission is simple: to help people rebuild their lives with dignity, compassion, and the tools they need to thrive.
We offer emergency shelter, meal assistance, healthcare access, employment programs, and housing navigation — all designed to create sustainable pathways out of homelessness. Through partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and volunteers, we create lasting solutions that move people from crisis to stability.
Homeless Cities Foundation isn’t just a service provider — we are a community of advocates, caregivers, and change-makers, committed to ending homelessness and creating opportunities for every person to reach their full potential.
???? Our Mission
At Homeless Cities Foundation, our mission is to provide essential resources and support to individuals and families facing homelessness in urban areas. We are committed to offering shelter, food, healthcare, employment services, and housing navigation to those in need, ensuring that every person has access to the tools they need to rebuild their lives.
Through a compassionate, holistic approach, we foster hope, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. Our work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves dignity, stability, and a chance for a better future — no matter their circumstances.
???? Our Vision
We envision a world where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring. A world where every individual and family, regardless of their background or challenges, has access to safe shelter, vital resources, and opportunities to achieve lasting independence.
Our vision is to create sustainable communities where people not only find homes but also rebuild their lives with confidence, health, and purpose. We aim to transform the way we address homelessness — moving beyond temporary fixes to long-term, systemic solutions that break the cycle for good.
Our Work
Empowering Lives, Ending Homelessness
At Homeless Cities Foundation, our work goes beyond providing temporary relief — we build sustainable pathways out of homelessness. Through a holistic, person-centered approach, we deliver critical services including emergency shelter, food security, healthcare access, employment support, and housing navigation.

Emergency Shelter
Homelessness often begins with loss — of a job, a relationship, or simply bad luck. At Homeless Cities Foundation, we believe no one should have to face those challenges alone or sleep on the streets. Our Emergency Shelter Program offers more than a bed — it provides safety, warmth, and a sense of dignity in a time of crisis.
Guests receive compassionate care from trained staff, access to clean facilities, hygiene supplies, and basic needs. But we don’t stop there. Our case managers work closely with each individual or family to create personalized plans for recovery and long-term stability. Whether it’s their first night homeless or they’ve been unhoused for years, everyone deserves a place to begin again — and that’s what we offer.

Meal Assistance
Hunger doesn’t wait. Every day, we serve hot, nutritious meals to those facing food insecurity — because a full stomach is a basic human right. Through our Meal Assistance Program, we prepare thousands of meals a month, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
We understand that food is more than fuel — it’s comfort, culture, and care. That’s why our meals are prepared with love and respect, with volunteers and staff ensuring that everyone who comes through our doors is treated with kindness. In addition to meals served on-site, we provide food boxes and pantry items for individuals transitioning into housing or supporting their families on limited income.

Healthcare Access
Without access to healthcare, homelessness becomes a cycle that’s hard to escape. Chronic illness, untreated mental health conditions, and addiction often go hand in hand with life on the streets. Our Healthcare Access Program ensures that no one is left behind when it comes to wellness.
In partnership with medical clinics, behavioral health providers, and community care teams, we offer health screenings, urgent care, dental checkups, mental health counseling, addiction recovery resources, and referrals to long-term care providers. Every person we serve deserves a chance to heal — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and we’re committed to walking that journey with them.

Employment Programs
Employment is one of the most powerful tools for ending homelessness — and we’re here to make that path possible. Our Employment Programs help individuals re-enter the workforce with confidence and support. We understand that many people face barriers to employment such as lack of ID, transportation, or previous job experience. We address each challenge with compassion and practical solutions.
From job readiness workshops and resume writing to interview training and employer partnerships, we equip clients with the tools they need to secure and maintain meaningful employment. We also offer work clothes, bus passes, and digital literacy training. Because we believe in potential — not the past.

Housing Navigation
Permanent housing is the ultimate goal — but the system can be overwhelming. That’s where our Housing Navigation Program comes in. Our dedicated housing specialists guide individuals and families through every step of the process: from completing applications and gathering documentation to attending appointments and moving in.
We advocate fiercely for our clients, collaborating with landlords, transitional housing facilities, and government programs to make housing accessible. Even after placement, we continue offering case management, support groups, and community connections to ensure stability. Because a key in hand is only the beginning — we’re here to help make it home.
